Your data, your rights
You keep ownership of everything you put into VisIQ and of the outputs we generate for you. We take only a limited license to host and process your data so we can run the Services for you. We never train our AI models on your data, on any plan, and we never sell it.

- The platform uses AI to deliver its features; by using an AI feature you authorize us to process the relevant data for that feature only. AI output can be imperfect — review it before relying on it.
- Use the Services lawfully; don’t attempt to break, abuse, or misuse them.
- The Services are provided “as is,” with a fair limitation of liability and no forced arbitration.
- We give advance notice of material changes, apply them going forward only, and let you export your data if you leave.
